Rosa kompetanse – Health and Social Care

Description

Rosa kompetanse is the professional training division of FRI – the Norwegian Organisation for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Through courses and educational programmes, they promote greater knowledge of gender diversity, sexual diversity, and inclusive practices among professionals across a range of sectors.

This course covers topics such as the living conditions of LGBTQ+ people in Norway today, social norms, gender diversity, sexual diversity, minority stress, and microaggressions. Participants working in the health and social care sector will gain practical advice and tools for meeting people with diverse backgrounds and identities in a safe, respectful, and inclusive way.
