Family Saturday special

We invite you to a special family Saturday at the library! Trine Strand comes to us with her new children's book Grandma's Secret - Ãmmin salaisuus. We bring out the reading lavvo in the children's section, and invite children and adults to a cozy reading session.

Everyone is welcome, just listen to what Trine herself says: "The book is perfect for children, neighbor children, grandchildren and grandparents, and everyone else." Reading time starts at 1 p.m. Before and after, we invite you to a creative workshop up by the stage.

This family Saturday is part of the Cultural Protection Days 2026, where the Narvik Centre Foundation and Narvik Library collaborate on the project "Kven cultural heritage in Ofoten".
