Ski from mountain to fjord, or explore the high mountain terrain on both sides of the border during a long and varied Arctic ski season.

The Narvik region offers three ski resorts with different qualities: Narvik Ski Resort, Björkliden Ski Resort and Riksgränsen Ski Resort. With the Arctic Ski Pass, you can use the same lift pass in all three and choose terrain according to weather, snow conditions and level.

In Narvik Ski Resort, you ski with a view of the city and the Ofotfjord. The facility is being developed towards the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2029. Björkliden has clear slopes and open mountain landscapes, while Riksgränsen is known for freeriding and a spring season that continues into the bright summer nights.

The region also accommodates cross-country skiing, summit tours and freeriding off groomed trails. Travel in avalanche terrain requires knowledge, the right equipment and continuous assessment of the conditions. Choose a guide if you lack experience or local knowledge.
