Departure: Basecamp Narvik or Narvik Quality Hotel Grand Royal. Departure time: 18:15 Basecamp Narvik, 18:30 Narvik Quality Grand Royal. You will be back in Narvik between 23:00 and 02:00.
An Aurora Safari tour
We have developed a unique tour for you to experience the Aurora Borealis. We meet at Quality Hotel Grand Royal Narvik and drive you in a spacious and comfortable bus equipped with Wi-Fi and an onboard toilet to the surrounding areas around the Narvik region. We check the weather forecast before departure and decide which area we will go to, looking for the spot with the best chances of clear sky and, therefore, better chances of seeing the beautiful Northern Lights. On the way, our guide will tell you about the area and what to expect.

Our Aurora Safari Chase by big bus tour is the best option for watching the Northern Lights comfortably. On the tour, snacks and hot drinks will be served
We take Northern Lights photos for you
Our trained and skilled guides will take winter and/or Northern Lights portraits of you and landscape pictures so you can keep these precious memories with you. If you wish to use your camera, they will lend you tripods and show you how to take photos of the Northern Lights. Pictures, ideal for Social Media channels, are included in your ticket. High-resolution versions are for sale shortly after the tour.
We offer student discounts and youth rates. For comfort and safety, children under four years old. This tour is unfortunately not accessible for guests using wheelchairs due to terrain and infrastructure limitations.
