But who is Bodil? Through x number of videos on Instagram, Isabel Ødegård Skolmen has built a boundless universe where she talks unfiltered to her friend "Bodil" on the phone to the laughter and amusement of hundreds of thousands of viewers. In the short snippets, the "friends" talk about everything from unfortunate dating experiences, intimate revelations, that Ben Robert from the parallel class stuck his hockey stick in the heat pump of ho Bodil's mother and other local gossip, intimate revelations and generally comical misunderstandings. Bodil is simply Isabel's "friend and alter ego", who exists in the headset where they talk to each other. The Bodil character has everything Isabel doesn't have, she has such high self-confidence that it borders on megalomania and, not least, Bodil has an enormous ability to execute. So now Isabel has given up control and with Bodil on the line, she will take over Narvik Kulturhus and present a show that will take the audience on a wild journey through a very eventful life. For Isabel, it's about ending up in the middle of the eye of the storm, or as she "Bodil" would say "There's the cat, the mouse is down" - the mouse being Isabel in this case. That makes for good stories and in the comedy show "Isabel Skolmen, directed by she Bodil" she generously offers them all. We promise good stories, music, surprises, madness, vulnerable realizations and nostalgia. - all with good humor and a twinkle in her eye. And she, Bodil, she's on the line. "It's now or never Isabel, tomorrow you could be dead. Oh that goes for the audience too, now go to hell and come to the show! It's going to be devilishly fun." - Bodil Cast: In the lead role: Isabel Skolmen Script: Isabel Skolmen and Caroline Johansen Director: Caroline Johansen Producer: Tine Skjold Musician, sound design and sound mix: Jo Schumann Lighting design and technique: Anniell Olsen Video and image design: Åsmund Bø Design of Isabel's leather jacket: Cathrine Børter (Pearl Octopuss.y) Collaborator: Vakre Vene AS Images shown on screen of Narvik during the performance were taken by Kjell G.
