Description

Kompani MaRi is a project run by NAV Narvik, inspired by Kompani Lauritzen, with the goal of helping young people move into education, employment and meaningful activities through teamwork, personal development and challenges. As part of the programme, every participant completes the Military Backward Dive – a team-building exercise used by the Norwegian Armed Forces. The challenge is not about technical skill, but about overcoming fear, facing heights and demonstrating courage by trusting yourself and your team. Join us at Narvik Harbour at 14:00 to cheer on the participants. Narvik Harbour and Havnekafeen will also provide entertainment, food and refreshments throughout the event.
