Description

Restaurant Lapporten is located at Hotell Fjället in Björkliden, just across the border with Sweden east of Narvik. Here, the meal is framed by mountains, magnificent views of Lapporten and Lake Torneträsk.

The kitchen is based on Nordic inspiration, Arctic ingredients and the changing seasons. The menu varies, but can accommodate dishes with, among other things, reindeer, char, fish of the day, northern Swedish frying cheese and tasty desserts.

This is a place for both replenishment and tranquility. You can start your day with a breakfast buffet, take a lunch break between activities or sit down for dinner while the mountains outside are a natural part of the experience.

By car from Narvik, follow the E10 east over Bjørnfjell, across the border to Sweden at Riksgränsen and on towards Björkliden. When you arrive in Björkliden, follow the signs to Hotel Fjället.

By train you can travel from Narvik station to Björkliden station. From the station, the road goes up to Hotel Fjället.
