Volleyball Tournament at Ballangen Flerbrukshall

There must be 4–6 players on the court, and at all times there must be two players of each gender on the court. The minimum age is 13 years. There will be a prize for the winning team, and a café will be open in the canteen, offering something good to eat and drink. TOURNAMENT RULES: 1. Preliminary matches are played for 20 minutes. The playoffs are played in sets. 2. Foul language, complaints about referees and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. 3. Players may not switch between teams. 4. Three touches are allowed. A block touch does not count as a touch. 5. The following will be called: carrying, net touches, foot faults and double contacts. 6. The net height is 2.35 m (mixed teams). 7. There must be two players of each gender on the court at all times. Please keep this in mind when rotating or substituting players. 8. This is a low-threshold, recreational tournament where the main goal is to have fun – everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level! Registration: To register, call 468 08 834.
