Book Release & Concert - Nina Gaarden

Welcome to a book release and concert with Nina Gaarden, to celebrate her release of the multi-art book: Heartsongs & Hand Creations. The book is made in collaboration with graphic designer Ida Sæterdal.

At the event, Nina will tell a little about how the book came to be and read an excerpt poem. She will also play a concert with some of the songs included in the book's lyrics. The event is free and open to everyone. Nina Gaarden is a Norwegian musician and songwriter from Narvik.

She feels most alive when she creates something, and experiences the creative process as a portal to joy, presence and transformation. This book is a window into her world of song lyrics, poems, photographs, drawings and collages.

All the lyrics have been translated, and can be read in both Norwegian and English.
