Since his debut in 1982, he has released around 20 albums – most of them recorded in Nashville, the stronghold of country music. In total, these albums have sold around 400,000 copies.

The “Lofotsheriff” from Norway has had hit songs on both the Billboard and Cash-Box charts in the US, and in many other countries. He has played on the legendary Grand Ole Opry and on American television, toured Europe, performed with world stars such as Lynn Anderson and Dottie West, and is considered one of the greatest interpreters of Jim Reeves’ songs

Here at home, Arne has appeared in countless TV and radio shows, including TV series such as Da Capo, Trygdekontoret and Kvitt eller Dobbelt.
