With nearly 30 years on the stand-up stage, Christer Torjussen is a true veteran of Norwegian comedy. As one reviewer put it: “Torjussen is like a machine gun, firing punchlines at an incredible pace!”
In addition to being a regular performer at Latter in Oslo, he has toured extensively since making his stand-up debut in 1999. He has three solo shows to his name: Drittpappa, Idiot, and MidtlivsChrister. During the pandemic, he went viral with Tid for Bok, earning millions of views online. Together with fellow comedian Halvor Johansson, he also hosts the popular podcast Er det Sant, and has received both the Norwegian Comedy Award for Best Stand-up and the prestigious Stå Opp Award.
