Concert: Nina Gaarden (with Hans-Urban Andersson)
Enjoy an evening of Nina Gaarden’s original material, with a light sprinkling of cover songs in between!
Hans-Urban Andersson will join as a guest musician for part of the concert. The two have performed several concerts together in Northern Norway, including during Vinterfestuka in Narvik 2024, where they received glowing reviews from Jan Westby in Fremover:
"Through her songwriting, she shares stories and emotions we can all relate to. The lyrics have depth without being inaccessible. It’s calm and atmospheric. Nina Gaarden’s debut EP, Bær det på min rygg, was released in 2020 on the Lydbroderiet label. The album was recommended by Norsk på norsk (NRK P1), and music blogger Erik Valebrokk wrote:
"Subtle and enchanting (…) There is no doubt that Nina Gaarden is a songwriter worth noticing."
Hans-Urban Andersson is trained at the Academy of Music in Gothenburg and has toured extensively both domestically and internationally with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and MiNensemblet. He also has multiple recording credits to his name.
