Medvindkonferansen 2025
The conference began as a collaboration between the NAV offices in Harstad, Narvik, Tjeldsund, Ibestad, and Kvæfjord. Since 2021, it has become a permanent event hosted by NAV Narvik.
The Medvind Conference brings together both private and public sector representatives to highlight the challenges we face each year – and how we can work together to solve them.
This year’s theme is: “You have to paint the boat, or it’ll sink!”
Sick leave is sky-high, and unemployment is extremely low in our region. How can we take better care of the people already in the workforce? Are there any measures we can put in place? We all share a common responsibility – whether we are employees or employers.
All tickets are binding. Cancellations must be made no later than October 20. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
