We’re proud to present BH2026! After being forced to cancel last year’s event, we’re coming back bigger and stronger than ever. This year the track has been upgraded with the purchase of our own grooming machine, ensuring a high-quality and exciting course for all competitors.
On March 21, Støyperiet Cars & Coffee, in collaboration with Elvegård Fjordcamp, invites you to Balteskard Hillclimb in Tjeldsund Municipality. This is a truly unique snowmobile hillclimb event that will test you both mentally and physically. Expect a demanding and technical course, spectacular action, crashes and close battles. Some of Scandinavia’s best riders will compete for cash prizes – and much more. This is an event you don’t want to miss!
There will be exhibitors from across the industry, familiar faces, food served from large grills in the main tent, and activities for children including sledding. A free shuttle bus will run from the parking area down to the event site.
A 15 sqm big screen with live commentary will keep spectators updated throughout the day. We are also working on additional surprises that will be announced soon. A large heated tent will be available for spectators, where you can warm up and purchase food, coffee, or a cold beer.

Afterparty – March 21
After a full day of action, join us for the official afterparty at Elvegård Fjordcamp. Doors open at 20:00. We guarantee a high-energy night and top party atmosphere.

Valid Norwegian driver’s license
Insurance for the vehicle
Registered snowmobile (or temporary registration plates)
Swedish license valid only for Swedish citizens
Technical / Safety Requirements:
Helmet, back protection/armor, tether cord (kill switch), and variator cover.
Competition Classes
Ladies Class
Open to female riders only. All setups allowed (mod, turbo, stock, cross, etc.).
Studded tracks are not allowed.
Stock Class
Standard engine output only. No performance exhaust, remapping, modified cylinder head, race fuel or aviation fuel. Variator kits are allowed. Suspension and skis may be changed. Factory turbo models must compete in Mod.
Studded tracks are not allowed.
Mod Class
For modified snowmobiles (600–1000cc+). Includes variator kits, performance exhaust, turbo, etc.
Studded tracks are not allowed.
Veteran Class
Snowmobiles from model year 2003 or older. Modifications allowed, except newer engine or chassis than 2003.
