Bike & Shuttle - Reinnesfjellet made easy!
Discover the ride everyone is starting to talk about. Reinnesfjellet is quickly becoming Narvik’s must-do cycling experience — combining dramatic Arctic scenery, flowing terrain, and a true sense of adventure.
You can now enjoy it all without worrying about transport, logistics, or equipment.
We’ve designed this experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Starting in Narvik, you’ll be equipped with a quality bike suited for the terrain before hopping on our shuttle. We take care of the climb, driving you up to the starting point so you can save your energy for what really matters—the ride.
From there, it’s all about enjoying the journey. After a 1hr gradual climb, the route takes you through stunning mountain landscapes with panoramic views over the fjords, offering a mix of scenic riding and fun, flowing sections. Whether you’re here for the views, the feeling of freedom, or the thrill of the ride, Reinnesfjellet delivers a truly memorable Arctic experience.
At the end of the route, our shuttle will be waiting with fresh drinks to bring you comfortably back to Narvik—no need to retrace your steps or figure out logistics. It’s a one-way adventure designed for maximum enjoyment and minimum hassle.
- Bike or ebike rental (well-maintained and ready for the terrain)
- Shuttle transport from Narvik to the starting point
- Pickup at the end of the ride and shuttle back to Narvik,
- Local knowledge and carefully planned logistics
- Helmet and tools
What we recommend to pack:
- Comfortable backpack
- Plenty of water for the day
- Lunch and snacksl
- A windlayer
- Sunscreen 1st aid kit
- Swimsuit towel, plenty of swim opportunities! :-)
This is a long and committing ride, typically taking 5–7 hours to complete. While the terrain is not highly technical (there are no mandatory drops, narrow lines, or difficult obstacles) it should not be underestimated.
The route requires:
- Good endurance due to its length and remote setting
- Confidence on varied terrain, including uneven and exposed sections.
- Comfort with heights, as parts of the ride feature steep surroundings and expansive views that can feel exposed.
Once on the route, there are no easy exit points, meaning you are committed to completing the ride. For this reason, it is not recommended for first-time riders or those with limited cycling experience.
On rainy days, the tour can get cancelled or postponed as the ride gets slippery and needs to be ridden in dry conditions.
