Camera Obscura

Welcome to the exhibition CAMERA OBSCURA! During the Vinterfestuka, Narvik Art Association presents an exhibition by Per Heimly and Steffen Normark. Per Heimly (b. 1972) is from Duorga/Snubba in Evenes municipality, Nordland. One of Norways leading photographers, he has worked professionally since the early 1990s across art projects, documentary, fashion and commercial photography. His work has appeared in magazines such as Elle, Harpers Bazaar, GQ, Playboy and FHM, and hes done album covers and artist photos for labels like Warner, BMG, Sony and EMI. Steffen Normark (b. 1986) is a photographer and artist from Narvik, now based in Oslo. Known for portrait, fashion and fine art photography, his work explores presence, identity, and the interplay of light and dark. Opening: March 13 at 17:00. Musical performance by Ronnie Dread.
