The other has travelled far and wide, harvesting bursts of laughter on stages both grand and small across our long, stretched-out country—while at the same time reigning on social media with warm, understated humour drawn from local newspapers.

What they have in common is a deep love for Norway. For better—and a little for worse.

Ken André Ottesen / BAdesKen is the guy from Toten and the newspaper man who found an outlet for his fascination with local news on Instagram. He has one of Norway’s largest followings on social media, where his audience receives daily little nuggets of gold from everything that’s happening across our amazing country. For more than two years, he has toured with the show “Yes, We Love This Country.”

Rune Nilson is the man behind a voice you have almost certainly heard before. He has hosted some of Norway’s biggest radio successes in recent years, including Lønsj, Kolafei, and Landsmøte on P1. In addition, he has hosted Sommeråpent and Don’t Do This at Home on NRK1. Through close contact with his listeners, he has gained above-average insight into the Norwegian national character—on top of being exceptionally skilled at Norwegian dialects.
