Visit Narvik facilitates sales through the online booking system Citybreak. We actively recruit new agents through direct outreach, participation in workshops, familiarization trips (FAM trips), webinars, and targeted newsletters. This work leads to real results – strengthening the distribution of your experiences to new markets.

Newsletters Straight to Decision-Makers

Each month, we send newsletters to our wide network of tour operators, travel agents, and DMCs. These feature exciting offers and seasonal products from our members – and you can contribute your own content! This is a unique opportunity to spark interest and drive demand for your product.

Participation in Workshops and Digital Platforms

We show up where the purchasing decisions are made – both physically and digitally. In 2025, we’ll take part in workshops in key markets like Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and France – all boosted by new direct flight routes to Harstad/Narvik Airport. We will also continue our engagement with important markets like the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Additionally, we participate in digital industry events and collaborate in networks such as Air Route Development and Arctic Kids – where joint efforts help maximize impact.

FAM Trips That Drive Bookings

Nothing beats experiencing a destination firsthand. We organize and participate in familiarization trips for tour operators and agents, often in collaboration with Innovation Norway. Participants are hand-picked from markets with high potential for sending visitors to our region – always with one clear aim: to turn inspiration into bookings.
