Márkomeannu - Sámi festival at Gállogieddi
Márkomeannu is a Sámi festival on Gállogieddi on the Norwegian side of Sápmi. The festival has a clear Sámi profile and brings together artists, artists and cultural practitioners from all over Sápmi.
Márkomeannu presents a diverse program of Sámi expressions and experiences. The audience can experience music, visual arts, performing arts and literature, as well as participate in seminars, sports activities and walks.
The festival also offers a market, special offers for children and a varied program for young people. Throughout the festival, Sami culture and community are at the center.
