The Narvik Vehicle History Museum
The museum showcases exhibitions covering everyday motoring, caravanning, bus and taxi history, as well as ferries, bridges, and the evolution of roadside culture in the Narvik region. A highlight is the detailed Ofotbanen railway miniature display, created by the local train club, featuring iconic locations such as Norddalsbrua, Rombak Station, and Bjørnfjell Station. The model locomotives and wagons reflect the rich history of the Ofotbanen railway and can be activated to run their route.
With a dynamic and evolving collection, the museum offers something new each year, making it a vibrant destination for transport enthusiasts and families alike. Step inside and experience how transport has helped shape Narvik’s past and present.
