Northern Norwegian winter experience at Angell Farm
The evening begins in our traditional Sami lavvu, where you can warm yourself by the fire and enjoy campfire coffee and a taste of authentic Northern Norwegian food culture.
A stew is served, made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. While you eat, you’ll hear engaging stories about life on the farm and gain fascinating insight into Northern Norwegian traditions that have been passed down through generations.
Inside the lavvu, you’ll also experience a drum journey, hearing stories about our traditions that reach far back in time. Through a powerful drum ceremony, we create a unique atmosphere that will both fascinate and touch you — and your soul.
After the drum journey, the tour continues outside — and who knows, maybe the Northern Lights will appear?
You’ll meet the farm’s four-legged and feathered residents. The majestic horses in the stable eagerly await visitors, while the energetic dogs love attention and cuddles. The farm is also home to lively hens, adding an extra touch of charm — and you’re warmly welcome to greet them all.
