Join us for classic yoga suitable for everyone, with a focus on breath, flow, and presence! While the class is open to all levels, it’s beneficial if you have practiced yoga before. We’ll focus on developing flexibility, strength, and balance, while also creating space for relaxation and calm.
The class will include a dynamic "flow" section followed by a slower relaxation segment, allowing both body and mind to come into balance. Yoga instructor Hilde Skogsholm will guide you through the session, offering personal guidance to improve your technique and presence on the mat.
Time: Wednesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM
